How to return products to the store

Pack the products you want to return
Remember to protect the returned goods against damage by adding appropriate filling. Pack the parcel in a regular-shaped cardboard box or foil packaging used by a given courier company. Seal the parcel with tape. Do not use stretch foil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Send your parcel via Wygodne Zwroty
Go to the form where you will send your parcel. You will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send your parcel at a parcel locker or at points such as: \u017babka, Stokrotka, Auchan, Carefour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wait for your refund
We will refund your money within 14 days. You will receive the refund to the account number provided in the contract withdrawal form.
Deadline for returning the goods
If you make purchases as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. At nenabebe.pl we give you up to 100 days to do so!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 100 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods. If the subject of the contract is many items that are delivered separately, this period expires after 100 days from the date on which you came into possession of the last item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the last item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you immediately, and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until we provide proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution and it does not involve additional costs for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Return costs
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
